Your 4-hour window will be sent by phone call or e-mail, on the day before your appointment.

Your appointment includes: basic parts and basic installation.  If you don't have any of the parts required or need to replace them, our pro's will be ready to assist.

Air Gap

A dishwasher air gap is mandatory per plumbing code in California. The installation can only proceed if one is present or if you have the necessary space to install one.

Water Valve

The water valve under your sink must be accessible, rust-free, and not leaking. Please turn it off and check if the hot water is off.

Electrical Outlet

By code, dishwashers cannot be hardwired. Please check if there is an available outlet for the unit to be plugged in.

IF OLD DISHWASHER IS HARDWIRED, NEW GFCI OUTLET REQUIRED

Dimensions

The minimum space required for a dishwasher is 34" in height and 24" in width. 

Location in the Kitchen

If your dishwasher is located in the corner of your counter or if there are one or more cabinets between the dishwasher and the sink, additional parts may be required for installation. Please note that if the current setup was done in a way that hides hoses behind or under the cabinets, it is not allowed. Hoses and connections must be accessible and visible.

Your new microwave will be installed mounted to the cabinets and backsplash.

Ducting

If you have currently a range hood, the ducting might be different. And if this is a new home, you need to ask your contractor to leave the ducting ready, including the hold to connect the new microwave.
